Primordial Sound Meditation
Meditate with Claudia Bolte follows the practice of Primordial Sound Mediation, a technique rooted in the Vedic tradition of India and practiced for thousands of years. It involves the use of a personal mantra -
a specific sound or vibration- to deepen one's meditation experience. The mantra is selected based on the vibration the universe was making at the time and place of your birth. This practice helps to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and promote inner peace and self-awareness by transcending regular thought processes. It's a simple way to connect with one's inner silence and equilibrium.
It's the journey from activity into silence.

Mantra
A mantra, translated from Sanskrit means a "instrument of the mind".
A mantra is a powerful sound or vibration that can be used to enter a deep state of meditation.
Primordial Sound Mantras have no meaning; they are solely used for their sound, with no level of cognitive activity involved.
Breath
"In the deepest sense, the breath itself is the ultimate gift of spirit."
Jon Kabat-Zinn
The movement of breath mirrors the activity of the mind.
As the body relaxes, the breath will begin to settle.
An active mind speeds up the breathing.
