Classes

 New to meditation and curious? Then it's best to book a 1-hour, One-on-One Meditation Introduction before starting  your regular practice. After that, you can join my guided online meditation sessions several times per week.

If you have more time and interest, consider diving into the extended meditation workshop, which consists of four classes.

This workshop can be tailored individually or taken as a group, lasting up to one month or completed over a weekend.

 I also offer a Meditation Coaching, where I can adjust

the session to your needs or help you find your personal meditation routine.
